Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped out in 8 to 15 business days. (Does not include shipping time) This is because most items are made to order and mostly everything is handmade. As a matter of the highest priority, the quality of the items we provide are the most important part of the manner in which our clients enjoy them. Because of this, we will never sacrifice quality over speed or shipping times.  You can depend on us to deliver high quality products while also maintaining proper packaging delivered in a reasonable time. 

Rushing the care and commitment that we put into every product you order from us would jeopardize the quality that our clients have identified us with, and we appreciate your patience which will make a difference in our bespoke creations.  

We assume no liability and are not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking numbers and carrier; You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly, should any issues arise. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please feel free to always reach out to us by email (daisysartandcreations@outlook.com) should any issues arise during shipment process. We will always try our best to assist in any way that we can! 

-All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express and DHL. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates.

- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to us. If package is returned to sender (us) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. If customer requests re-ship, customer will pay for the cost of the re-ship. 

- We are not responsible and assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once I give the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, Federal Express or DHL), it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the carrier prior to emailing us about your order.

- We are not responsible and assume no liability for damaged products due to shipping. We package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact us at daisysartandcreations@outlook.com and we will make every effort to assist.

Tracking Information 

Tracking numbers are sent to the email on file (inputted when you placed your order) when your order is processed and ready for shipping. Please check spam folder if you feel you did not receive a tracking email. 

International Orders

If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States of America), customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package upon arrival because (tax and duty) fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given. 

We are not responsible and assume no liability for delays due to customs.
